In this industry we have some major problems and some unfortunate partnerships that only hurt the customers and the shops. They are called “direct repair facilities” “preferred shops” or “in networks shops.” 74% of people will stay within this funnel and may never even really know how their car was fixed. I’m not here to crap on those shops and a lot of them are good, but not all. If you were never explained about parts or the process there’s a likely chance you got a subpar product and repair. We have talked with a few shops about what we’re doing and they all don’t know or don’t want to ruin their “partnerships.” Who gets screwed… The techs-the shop-and the customer. We have learned from people that are much more knowledgeable than we will ever be, and how the process is really supposed to work. We don’t win them all but I can tell you what we are doing now isn’t the “industry standard.” Our partnership is with the community we live in. Here is thousands of dollars that would have not been paid out and shops that would be forced to take shortcuts. We are transparent whether that be good or bad but we always leave the decisions up to you and not the people trying to make there bills as small as possible. As of the beginning of the year we have gotten over $30,000 dollars on six claims that the insurance companies could have short paid and cut corners. Is your shop stepping up for you like this or are they the “industry standard?” Come see what makes us different.
Imagine waking up thinking you know everything and that you don’t need to learn anything else. How boring would that be. There’s a reason we aren’t your standard cookie cutter shop. There’s also a reason why we keep growing. 🤫

Happy Floofy Friday! Shop manager catching some zzz’s before a busy weekend. Have a great weekend!
How custom do you want your rig? This is a high end truck with lots of goodies. Unfortunately, for the F450s they don’t make very many options for fender flares. This one we ended up cutting the plastic fender, flares and welding them flush so it didn’t have the imprint for the mudflaps for the front. Clearance is good and looks OEM+. We have customized a few front fenders of trucks to make them fit these big ol’ tires up front.
Another spray wrap completed. This time we used a different product and I can say I’m still on the fence if we use this specific brand again for customers car. The final finish is identical but the process is different. They both have different strengths and weaknesses. We will get another shot with this product on our own stuff and I can tell you… It’s going to be different color than any other car and I’m excited to bring some glitter to the party!
