We're back into the Windy Season. Trees and branches falling like crazy!
So what happens when a tree, or branch, or even a roof shingle, gets blown off and causes damage to your neighbors property?
Typically the property owner where the item sourced from is liable. Most policies provide liability coverage for this exact reason.
While it's not necessarily anyone's "Fault", we are ultimately "Responsible" for the items we choose to keep on our properties.
This is just another reason why properly maintaining our properties is so important.

With cold weather on the Horizon, well maybe sorta here in So Cal 😂, its important to be mindful of road conditions. Especially those in areas where temperatures drop significantly during the night.
Stay mindful of hazards like Black Ice, or even just slick road surfaces.
While many of us are commuting less, it can give way to over confidence on the road.

Agree or Disagree with the "Re-opening" of your County or State, KNOWLEDGE on how to minimize/reduce your risk other than quarantine can be INVALUABLE.
This is a GREAT article that explains the cases we now have to study and learn from, to help prevent the spread, and acquisition, of the virus.
I still think this is being handled incorrectly, meaning the State and Federal Government should be expending all resources available to get invaluable information like this into EVERY ones hands before reopening.
But that's where WE can take matters into our own hands, and SHARE this.
