WonderLab is expanding its specialities and starting a Behavioral Health program! We are hiring a full time Licensed Behavioral Therapist to help pioneer this new adventure.

In this role you will:
⭐️ Provide direct clinical services to children and families
⭐️ Play a central role in building the infrastructure, workflows, and program design of WonderLab’s Behavioral Health program
⭐️ Collaborate with WonderLab’s interdisciplinary team to best serve each child
⭐️ and so much more!

Minimum Qualifications Required:
✅ Active CA licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D.)
✅ 2-5 years of experience working with children and families
✅ Demonstrated experience in family therapy as a core clinical modality
✅ Experience with Medi-Cal/IEHP billing and documentation requirements
✅ Strong clinical documentation skills
✅ Commitment to culturally responsive, neurodiversity affirming, trauma-informed, and family-centered care
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a growing clinical environment
