This client wants to be very blonde , like VERRRY blonde but with some dimension. Could we do it in one session , YES. She had very healthy hair and doesn’t do a lot of heat damage. Did we do it in one session ? NO, obviously not. We can see she has some arm and isn’t the lightest her hair can be. WHY didn’t I give her that blonde blonde she wanted? Few things:

1.I think it the most important… that’s not my style. I am not a one session stylist. There are many out there and many out there that do it well … not me. It’s stressful, it’s expensive, and no matter what they say… it compromises your hair.

2. Adding to that TIME. My client had a little one at home and this session took 4.5-5 hrs anything more than that would have been too long for both her and I. Super blonding sessions take up entire days.

I can keep going but these are the top reasons. I like to set my clients up for success in the long run. Healthy hair, shorter appointments and a happy client 🫶
