My old mentor and still to this day. My old boss in the trenches hated a little nub of gnocchi, me I'm like that's how you know it's made in house. Imperfections = Flavor, authenticity, character. That's rustic baby... I always snuck them in when he wasn't around. Hahahahaha

Some of the last weeks shenanigans ! Monkfish was a hit and will be considering it for the next menu. Cobler has been selling faster than I can make it. First couple were peach then made a lemon blueberry one last night and sold all but 1. Then also by request with a wellington the couple wanted a chocolate souflee.
