Walfy would never..
But in all seriousness, we always recommend foster to adopt! You just donβt know until you know. Slow introductions and patience are a must. It has taken a few weeks for our crew to get used to a newbie in the past.
Our little June Bug will be 18 years old this year.π€
I impulse adopted this girl when I was 18 years old because she was a miniature version of my only dog child at the time, Gretchen. Couldnβt resist the pocket sized Gretchen π€
And here we are 18 years later. βWeve been through a lot togetherβ is an understatement.
I was actually SO close to returning her because she absolutely HATED Gretchen at first.
The only thing that got me to keep her was my huge ego. As I was foster to adopting her, some random lady said something really rude along the lines of βI have a strong feeling sheβll be back next weekβ
That was enough for me to not give up and prove the random lady I would never see again wrong ππΌπ
But Iβm so glad I kept her because after a few weeks of settling in, her and Gretchen became inseparable. Gretchen was June Bugs protector and she gained SO much confidence with Gretchen by her side. π€π€
Ps. I swear this video really showed her age as I caught her waking up π, but believe it or not she still runs around the house like a crazy spunky youngster π₯Ή

We are so so happy, miss Nutella finally got adopted after being in the shelter for over 3 MONTHS!!! ππΌππΌππΌππΌ
She was the sweetest girl and absolutely did not belong there.
Seeing a shelter dog get adopted will never get old. Seriously brings me the deepest amount of joy. π€π€π€
Ziggy has been waiting far too long to be seen. He has been in the shelter for over 60 days and is being the most patient boy.
Hes already been through so much. He has lost everything he once knew and you can see it so deeply in his eyes. π
Please help us help Ziggy in finding his forever home.
He is seriously the sweetest boy. He is very shy at first and will need someone to be patient to help him build his trust back up in humans.
But I promise you he is worth it.
Ziggy is a 1 1/2 year old shepherd mix.

He would also be so so forever grateful if someone were to step up and foster this boy to get him out of the stressful chaotic shelter environment and ready for his future family to find him π€
