1. ALIGNMENT
Take an assessment of your strengths and your weaknesses. Then look for people to fill in the gaps with the qualities that compliment yours.
As the program manager, she works in her zone of genius so I can work in mine!
2. COMMUNICATION
Whether it’s good, bad, or indifferent, ideas and opinions should shared openly and freely to and from anyone on your team.
3. TRUST
Mistakes will be made by everyone, but having the freedom to work without being micro-managed is the key to growth & trust-especially in the startup stages!
