At Ridge Crest at Meadow Ridge, the pool is open to all residents, with support as needed. Many are assisted by aides and those in Memory Care can participate with supervision for safety. With a pool lift to support mobility, water-based exercise is an inclusive, effective option—especially for arthritis or musculoskeletal conditions.​
