We recently gathered to celebrate the retirement of someone truly special—Lois Morgado. 💙

Lois has been an LPN at Ridge Crest for 15 years, and, in her own words, these have been the best years of her career. Her warmth, dedication and steady presence have made a lasting impact on residents, families and colleagues alike.

To wish her well as she prepares to move to Florida to be closer to her family, our team came together for a heartfelt potluck send-off—complete with many of Lois’s favorite dishes and plenty of shared memories.

We will miss her dearly and wish her all the very best in this next chapter. 🌴✨

⚽🌍 Who’s been tuning into the ? One of the best parts of the tournament is seeing so many countries, cultures and traditions come together on one global stage.

It reminds us of something we value at Ridge Crest. Recently, associates celebrated Cultural Diversity Day—sharing stories, traditions and the unique backgrounds that make our community so special. ❤️

Because whether it’s through sports or everyday moments, there’s something meaningful about learning from one another and celebrating what brings us together.

A little extra beauty and appreciation for our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). 💐

To celebrate CNA Week, Ridge Crest residents and CNAs came together to create beautiful bouquets in honor of our dedicated care team.

CNAs on duty had the opportunity to make their own arrangements, while those working evening shifts received a special bouquet lovingly created by a resident.

Thank you to our CNAs for the compassion, dedication and care you bring to our community each day!

🎉 Celebrating and a major milestone at Ridge Crest! Congratulations to the first graduating class of our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program, offered in partnership with the Connecticut Health Career Institute.

This inaugural group completed their coursework and hands-on training right here in our community, then put their skills into practice during clinical experiences at Ridge Crest. We are proud to support the next generation of caregivers and grateful to our associates, instructors and partners who helped make this program a success.
