The weather Saturday might be frightful. But 4-H's homemade soups at the BES craft fair will be so delightful. If you are tired of being cooped up in the house come down and have some soup and check out what our talented local vendors have to offer. Christmas shopping and lunch...all in one stop. Want to take your soup to go...we can do that too!
Our first Community Club meeting will be Wednesday October, 2 @ 7 pm in the Burney High School Library. Registration is now open for the '24/'25 4-H year. Please register at https://4h.zsuite.org/. Dues are paid to Burney 4-H and due by Nov 15th. The current registration cost per child is $87.00 and includes all projects that members would like to be involved in. Please do the registration early!!!! Members not registered by Nov 30th will not be eligible to sell an animal at the Intermountain Fair. The way the Thanksgiving holiday falls this year it is very important to register early!! See you all Wednesday 😊
To “my kids” and their parents…I am so proud!! The kids were amazing. It was hot, everyone was tired and everyone pushed through. And while the ribbons, and show victories mean a lot…something more important happened…(though I’m not surprised). You guys have no idea how many compliments I have received about Burney 4-H kids. I’ve been told we have the most polite, respectful, all around good kids. To me, that is more important than anything else our kids could have done this weekend. Thank you parents for making these kids great and thank you kids for representing yourself, your family and our club in the most positive way. Kids and parents…you should be so proud of yourselves….I know I am!!!
