Great conversations, new friendships and delicious bites made for a wonderful afternoon at our recent Mix & Mingle in the Atrium. 🥂🍎​

​Residents Karen and Rudi H. and Marc and Dana K. joined neighbors and friends to enjoy refreshing sangria infused with crisp apples and seasonal fruit, alongside an overflowing charcuterie display featuring artisan cheeses, marinated olives, seasonal berries and an array of gourmet accompaniments.​

From garden beds to Bistro bites. 🌿🍅 Our new herb garden in the Spruce Courtyard is bringing fresh inspiration to the Meadow Ridge kitchen.​

​Resident and Farm Committee Chair Pat W. has been lovingly tending the thriving garden, while Bistro Manager Ana Villa snips fresh herbs such as dill, oregano, basil and thyme—ingredients her husband, Chef Tom Villa, will incorporate into flavorful dishes.​

Resident Vicki R., along with Linda S., Emily S. and a group of about 8 fellow residents, enjoyed a beautiful day at Compo Beach—a 29-acre shoreline park along Long Island Sound, where sandy beaches, rolling waves and river views showcase the very best of summer in Connecticut.​

An easy 30-minute drive from campus, the journey is part of the fun, with scenic views, fresh ocean air and plenty of conversation along the way.​

A little sun, a little salt air and a lot of good company—that's a day well spent. 💙

Big dreams. Big impact. 🎓✨ This year, the Meadow Ridge Resident Scholarship Fund awarded 47 scholarships totaling $387,000 to associates and their families!​
