That the captain fantastic (movie) prepper style is the best way to train for zombie apocalypse. 😂 I’m sore from running the property yesterday and my mind was telling me that “it’s your birthday - don’t drink your shake, have sugar in your coffee” oh the sugar addiction is STRONG. But I’m stronger. Here is to health for a longer life.
