It started as a team of Redding Peace Officer's Assoc., Signsations Graphics, Inked Up Graphics, and River Oaks. Brian Martin and Erika Nelson have become the Co-chairs spearheading the efforts. Our goals were to involve the community and give them ways to visibly show support thru placing free WBTB decals on their cars, homes or businesses.
