New to yoga? We recommend starting with our Foundations of Vinyasa class, offered three times each week. These classes are designed to help you learn foundational poses and principles in a thoughtful, supportive, and intentional way.

✨ Student Spotlight: Patrick Whitaker ✨
Patrick joined our studio last July and has since taken an incredible 164 yoga classes.
He is a calm and humble presence in our community, and it has been a joy to witness the evolution of his practice over the past year.
Patrick approaches each class with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore. His consistency, dedication, and quiet commitment to growth are a beautiful reminder that yoga is not about perfection—it’s about showing up, staying present, and remaining a student of the practice.

We have many exciting happenings in June ☀️
1. Every Saturday at 9:30am meet us 🌾 for an Outdoor all levels yoga class.
2. Be sure to visit us this Sunday! will be offering complimentary chair massage too! 🙌
3. Join us for a special partnership with as we celebrate and support some of our own! Start your evening with a yoga class, then head over to enjoy a live show by The Station Dawgs—a band formed by members of our community. We can’t wait to cheer them on together!
4. In honor of the Summer Solstace and are back with a special live music and yoga experience on Friday, June 26th at 7:00pm.

We are beyond excited to welcome several new teachers to our community this summer. ✨
