Editorial, a little steamy, and so much romance between these two in the beautiful Napa Valley. Literally counting down the days to this California wedding!

Oftentimes before photos, what helps my creativity is coming up with words that I think defines that couple, and I remind myself of those words throughout the session (thank you adhd) lol. I thought it would be fun to share cause being a creative a wild ride, we all do it so differently.

These two had special words I think… security, confidence, passion.

When your client used to be a photographer, and you have such meaningful words to define a couples love story too, you have big shoes to fill, so I had to show my range with this set of images, natural light, flash, ambient light, dark, harsh light. That’s exactly what makes them interesting though and what alludes to the storyline I was after and it’s become how I work so hard for all of you.

Every couple deserves the photographer who thinks about them before they ever pick up the camera ❤️
