We are looking for an individual interested in assisting the owner. This person must be a licensed driver capable of being put on company insurance and obtaining an appretince license through the state of Texas, if they do not already have one. You will start out assisting the owner by driving the company vehicle daily to jobs, estimates and meetings, assisting on the job with assigned tasks, taking notes and assisting in the estimation of projects as needed. Shafer Electrical is looking for immediate help with high end residential electrical installations. We will be drafting a more detailed post soon. We need workers who can get their Electrical Apprentice license, or who currently have a Residential Wiremans or Journeymen license. We can help with training and licensing but you must have clean background for the State to license you. Job duties are installation of fixtures, switches, plugs and wiring in high end custom residential remodels in Los Colinas, Highland Park, Southlake areas. 40 hour work weeks, all taxes taken care of with payroll starting salary $600 per week for the first 2 weeks, you show us what your bring to the table and we'll go from there. Open to discussing salary options with a crew leader, Sub-Contracting crews and possibly a business management/partner opportunity for the DFW area as we are expanding to the Henderson/Kaufman County areas as well this year. We have been in business for 20 years in the same location in Red Oak, we offer a more family based business environment. Our clients expect cleanliness (including language) and professionalism on the jobsite, that's what we've built our company on!
