We are constantly telling ourselves stories and can exaggerate in ways that are not necessary. Patterns run deep, especially when it comes to emotions: self-esteem, worthiness and significance. You could be talking about the weather or what you have to do today, who you're inviting to an event...whatever it is, make the story about the facts and what you desire and nothing more. Avoid the tendency to add a dramatic effect or passive-aggressive comments about people and situations. Focus on the things that excite you and bring you joy. If you're talking about others, keep things in a positive light even if they did something that you would normally place judgment on.

As we near the end of the year, it's a great time to check your mindset and belief. Your belief fuels your imagination. The more you believe something is possible the more you can imagine it.
