So here we go! I'm LOVING this new deodorant! It smells great and works great and rivals Native, which hubby and I were using until they changed their formula and it no longer worked for either of us. Chamomile tea is soooo easy to make! Plant it by seed in the spring and harvest all summer long. Our old 1940’s oven is the perfect warm place for drying since the pilot light is always lit. 😊

Looking to add to your pepper garden? Try growing cayenne peppers. They’re fruity and hot and really great anywhere you want a little extra kick. We’re using them fresh and also drying a bunch for our own organic red pepper flakes. Yum!

Best. Lemon. Curd. Ever. Super easy, no fuss recipe! Try adding it to plain yogurt for the most delicious lemony yogurt treat!

What a nice winter it's been here! Everything's beginning to wake up again, and we're back at it. :-)
Over the past six months, we ran a little experiment with an all natural tooth powder and the results are in. Both hubby and I used it and, after our recent amazingly positive dentist visits, we're going to keep using it! Check this out:
* Increase in bone around teeth
* Healthier gums
* No cavities
* Very little tartar build up
* And... my dentist actually thought I'd been whitening my teeth! (nope, just using a great product with no yucky additives)

Turned out AWESOME! Creamy, smooth, moisturizing and ohhhhh soooooo refreshing. Our edits were: jojoba oil and Shea butter instead of avocado and mango & eucalyptus, spearmint and peppermint essentials instead of the ones they used. Happy DIY Friday! 😊
