Our HEALTHY CONNECTIONS EMPLOYEES always tell the story best. Case in point . . . "I spend my days nteracting with the elders to make them not feel alone," shared delivery driver Fatima. ❤️🤝

What is your favorite task?
Getting the hot bags prepped.

What does a typical day look like?
After getting my gear on and my temp checked, I get cold stuff prepped and bagged in the ice chest with cold packs. Then, I get the hot bags prepped and ready for storing hot meals. As I’m storing them, I’m ensuring the count is correct. I load up my van and deliver the meals to the designated place.

Perfect Union presented $2,250 to our Senior Nutrition Program’s Adopt-A-Senior initiative, which will cover a year’s worth of nutritious meals for a participant in the program. This donation will also support companionship and safety checks. Thank you, Perfect Union. It truly takes a village. ❤🤝

We had to take a moment to shine the spotlight on the woman behind our meals. Meet Angela Melton, our Nutritional Programs Supervisor. When asked what she likes most about her position, we were all smiles over here. "I love making people happy with our food," shared Melton. "It is wonderful to know that we have a positive effect on someone’s day."

What kinds of meals can seniors expect from HEALTHY CONNECTIONS. We serve and deliver delightful creations ranging from lasagna and stir fry to baked chicken breast with all the fixings. 😋🍴❤

Our HEALTHY CONNECTIONS drivers not only deliver fabulous food options to our local seniors, but they also help prepare and package the meals. It's truly a labor of love. 🤝🍴🚗

Meet Patricia McArthur. Her favorite thing about Healthy Connections is having a special friend (her driver) stop by to see her daily. If this doesn't speak volumes about the program, we don't know what does. ❤🤝

We don't just serve RED BLUFF with our home deliveries. We also provide meals to seniors in LOS MOLINOS and CORNING on a daily basis. ❤❤❤
