This plant has a total capacity of 12000 TPY and consists of 2 production trains: the first being glycerin purification (80% - 85% crude glycerol to technical glycerin) and the second being DCP production (technical glycerin to dichloropropanol).

The technology and designer are both DBO (Desmet Ballestra Oleo). Each production train can be purchased separately. The plant has an on-site railroad that has access to a major seaport.
