Pinwheel Place

Diaper Need Awareness Month may be ending, but diaper need continues all year.

Behind the facts in this image are families working hard to meet their children’s basic needs. Every child deserves clean, dry diapers, and every parent deserves support.

Please help keep this conversation going: share this post, talk with your family and friends about diaper need, and continue supporting organizations like Pinwheel Place that tackle it head-on.

Donating diapers, purchasing from our Amazon wishlist, or simply spreading awareness can help us reach more families throughout the year.

We currently need size 6 diapers—any brand is welcome!

Giving back, one bag at a time! 👚

Our Employee Resource Group, WILD (Women Inspired Leadership Development), recently hosted a clothing drive to support Pinwheel Place in Eatontown, NJ, collecting over 30 bags of clothing to donate!

A huge thank you to our incredible colleagues who contributed and helped make this drive such a success. We’re proud to see our team come together to support an organization making a meaningful difference in our local community. 💙

Many of you have asked whether you can donate used car seats to Pinwheel Place. We appreciate you thinking of us! For safety reasons, we cannot accept used car seats.

If you have one to pass along, Target is holding a Car Seat Trade-In Event through October 3. You can drop off an old car seat at a participating Target store for recycling. Target also offers a 20% off Target Circle bonus toward eligible new baby gear.

Thank you for helping us keep children safe! 💙

We are incredibly honored and grateful to receive the Circle of Excellence Grant from Monmouth Park Charity Fund Fund alongside our wonderful partners at 180 Turning Lives Around .

This generous support will help us continue working together to strengthen services for children and families throughout our community. We are so thankful to the Monmouth Park Charity Fund for believing in our shared mission and investing in this important partnership.

Together, we can make an even greater difference for families who need us most!

Please join us in welcoming Gia, our newest childcare staff member at Pinwheel Place!

Gia first became part of the Pinwheel Place family as an intern a few years ago, and we are so excited to welcome her back in this new role. She is currently studying to become a licensed Professional Counselor , and we are thrilled to support her as she continues working toward her goals.

It is incredibly special to see someone who began her journey with us return to help provide safe, loving, and nurturing care to the children we serve.

Welcome to the team, Gia! We are so happy to have you!

Did you know that major assistance programs, including SNAP and WIC, do not cover diapers?

Diapers are a basic necessity, but many families struggle to afford a clean supply for their babies. Without a widely available federal assistance program dedicated to diapers, community programs like Pinwheel Place’s Diaper Pantry are essential.

During Diaper Need Awareness Month, we’re highlighting our commitment to providing diapers and other baby essentials to families in need. We also deliver throughout Monmouth County, making these necessities accessible to families who lack transportation or cannot visit a pantry during regular hours.

No parent should have to choose between buying diapers and paying for food, rent, or other necessities. Every baby deserves to be clean, dry, healthy, and comfortable.
