Welcome. If you or someone in your family is experiencing anxiety or depression, I am here to help. From Panic to Peace
Therapy for children, family and adults

Sometimes overthinking doesn’t look like panic. It looks like a child going quiet at bedtime, a teenager rereading one message ten times, or an adult replaying a conversation long after everyone else has moved on.

A worried brain can turn a small “what if?” into a full disaster story. It can make guesses feel like facts and leave people feeling stuck, tired and on edge.

A gentle pause can help:
Notice the thought.
Ask, “Do I know this for sure?”
Look for another explanation.
Bring attention back to what is happening right now.
Choose one small thing you can control.

You do not have to solve every possible problem before you can rest. Sometimes the kindest thing we can say to ourselves is, “This is a worry, not a certainty. I can come back to it later.”

Someone needs to hear this today. ❤️ What if the most powerful su***de prevention tool isn't technology, but human connection?
That's the message CEO Dr. Anthony Estreet, PhD, MBA, LCSW-C, shared in a Forbes Health feature on su***de prevention. Suicide’s impact reaches is devastating. “Families are left with profound grief, guilt and often silence,” he says. “Communities lose leaders, caregivers and loved ones.” While AI can help connect people with information and crisis resources, it can never replace the empathy, compassion, and clinical judgment of trained mental health professionals.
