This past weekend, we celebrated three years in Red Bank surrounded by the people who make this shop what it is!
We were especially honored to welcome and her partner in life and cheese, , behind the counter as our guest cheesemongers, sharing their knowledge, stories, and extraordinary selections with our community.
Thank you to everyone who stopped in to celebrate with us, taste with us, and continue learning alongside us. Your curiosity and support are what keep this shop growing!

Our third shop, and one that’s become such a special part of the Fourchette story. We’re so proud to be here, and even more grateful for the community that’s shown up for us again and again.

To celebrate 3 years of Fourchette Red Bank, we’re handing the counter over to someone very special: .
On Saturday, March 21 from 11 AM–4 PM, Emilia D’Albero, the first American ever to win gold at the legendary Mondial du Fromage, will be guest-mongering behind the counter. That means slicing cheese, sharing stories from the world of cheese, guiding tastings, and generally making the case for why great cheese is one of life’s best pleasures.
It’s a rare chance to meet one of the most respected cheesemongers in the industry and celebrate three wonderful years with our Red Bank community.
