Berks TASC is hiring a Fiscal Director!

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to oversee financial operations including accounting, payroll, budgeting, grant reporting, billing, and financial analysis.

This leadership role works closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, funding entities, and outside partners to help support our mission and community impact.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with an emphasis in fund accounting
• Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks knowledge preferred
