Jeremiah Santiago was convicted by a jury today of 3rd Degree Murder and related charges for the August 2023 shooting of Tina Grier in Reading. Santiago remains incarcerated pending sentencing, scheduled for next month. The case was investigated by City of Reading Police Sgt. Ryan Crampsie and was tried by ADA Kevin Howard.
