In 1972 Artist Ramon Lago, was commissioned by Berks County Arts Council to produce three large public art works, one of them was “ THE DOVE ” located at City Park in Reading PA. The renovated sculpture will feature a two foot retaining wall around the artwork along with knockout roses and benches for the public to sit, relax and enjoy the sculpture.
