Witty, itty bitty and pretty? That’s Miss Kitty!

Kitty is a 5 year old little West Highland Terrier who was recently surrendered to Zoe’s House from a commercial breeding farm. She is so ready to put that life in her past. She has a wonderful little personality and just wants someone of her very own that she can trust and love.
Kitty is very affectionate and wiggly once she feels relaxed. Kitty would be happy living with another dog but really wouldn’t mind being an only child either. She sleeps in her crate and does well going in for breaks throughout the day but she can get vocal if she hears you having too much fun without her. She walks very well on a leash and is the kind of girl who just wants to be wherever her people are.
As is very typical with mill dogs, Kitty can be timid and shy if you approach her abruptly and she does submissive p*e a little when she’s nervous or overwhelmed. She’s truly a lovely little girl who just needs a peaceful home to help build her confidence.

Kitty is up to date on her shots, has had her teeth cleaned and is spayed. She is being fostered in Morgantown and we request that all applicants be within 2 hours of 19608.

Meet Foxie! She is a 4 year old Pomeranian that is learning how great love and a good home are! She can be timid at first but wants to make sure she can always see her people. Everyday she gains more confidence in herself!

Shes playful and loves to roll around on rugs, carpet, grass and sometimes a lavender bush! Overall Foxie loves sitting outside and enjoying the sun and sniffing the grass. She does well on a leash and learns boundaries of the yard quickly! At 15 pounds and with some long legs she loves to be awkward to pick up!

Foxie is good with dogs and cats that come up to her and she’s slowly learning that she can play with them. She’s not too sure about toys but does love to find any hidden socks that you might have! Slowly but surely Foxie is learning all the steps to becoming a carefree dog and she just needs a good and loving home to help teach her.

Foxie is crate trained, UTD on vaccines, spayed and microchipped. Shes doing very good with house training and is picking it up quickly. This sweet girl will be a great addition to a patient home that will teach her what it’s like to be loved!

Dr. Connolly graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016 with a certificate in shelter medicine, after earning her BS from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

During her ten-year career, she has worked as a general practitioner and a shelter veterinarian, performing high-quality, high-volume spay neuter surgery. Dr. Connolly especially enjoys dentistry, dermatology, soft tissue surgery, and internal medicine. She is also Fear Free certified and has a strong interest in creating stress-free veterinary visits.

Passionate about animal rescue, Dr. Connolly prioritizes compassionate, accessible veterinary care to keep pets healthy and out of shelters. She is excited to join the team at Zoe’s House Vet Clinic to offer high-quality, affordable care to her community.

Dr. Connolly lives in Berks County with her two dogs, five cats, three goats, and twenty-four chickens. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, gardening, cooking, and lifting weights.

Zoe’s House Vet Clinic is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team! Licensed/credentialed technicians are preferred, but we welcome experienced applicants who are a great fit for our clinic.

Position Details:

- Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Pay: $22–$26/hour, based on experience and credentials

Meet Einstein – A Very Special Little Boy Looking for a Very Special Family ❤️

Some dogs come into this world needing a little extra care, but they have an extraordinary way of filling hearts with love. Einstein is one of those dogs.

This precious 3-month-old Cavapoo puppy has been diagnosed with hydrocephalus, making him a very special little guy. Right now, his condition is not causing him any issues, and he’s living life just like any happy puppy. Because hydrocephalus can change as he grows, his future is uncertain, and he is searching for a family that understands his condition and is committed to providing whatever medical care he may need throughout his life.

What Einstein lacks in certainty, he more than makes up for with love.

He is the sweetest, gentlest little soul who simply wants to be close to his people. Whether he’s curled up in your lap for a nap, covering you in puppy kisses, or happily playing with his foster siblings, Einstein’s heart is always full of joy. He loves every dog he meets—big or small—and has a calm, affectionate nature that makes everyone fall in love with him.

Einstein is up to date on his vaccines and preventatives. Because he is still so young, he has not yet been neutered. He will be adopted with a neuter contract that includes an additional fee, which is fully refundable once the contract is completed.

As a Cavapoo, Einstein will also need regular grooming to keep him looking and feeling his best.

Einstein isn’t looking for perfection—he’s looking for compassion. He needs a family willing to embrace both the unknowns and the incredible joy that comes with loving a medically special puppy. In return, he’ll give you unwavering loyalty, endless cuddles, and a lifetime of unconditional love.

If you have room in your heart for a puppy who may need a little extra support but has an enormous heart to give, Einstein is waiting to meet you. Sometimes the most extraordinary dogs come in the smallest packages, and this sweet little boy is proof that love knows no limits.

Einstein is being fostered in Berks County and potential Adopter will need to come to this area for a meet and greet with all current residential dogs.
