Caroline (“Carrie”) is a certified group psychotherapist through the American Group Psychotherapy Association and a certified psychoanalytic psychotherapist with countless hours of facilitation of psychotherapy groups, retreats, workshops, support groups, and yoga and meditation classes and 200 hour yoga teacher trainings.
This will be a weekend brimming with wisdom, humor, connection and experiential learning!

Years as a patient in psychoanalysis, graduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia, Internal Family Systems training, somatic psychology, 4 yoga teacher trainings led, 18 years of leading support groups and psychotherapy groups, and 200+ retreats and workshops.
