Click here for more information on Team Alexa and how to donate. Team Alexa first entered the AHA Start! Heart Walk in 2010 in honor of Alexa.
She was born in March of 2010 with Down syndrome and was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot. She has undergone three open-heart surgeries to address this but will need more surgeries as she gets older. We have grown to create our own non-profit organization to share our positive experience with others who have a similar life story.
Heart Walk begins at 8:00 tomorrow at Citizen's Bank Park. Citizen's Bank Way is open from 8-9:30, opening ceremonies from 9:30-10, walk from 10-12. Wear any Team Alexa gear you desire, we will have plenty of shirts available as well!

We will be meeting at the Community Teams tent located at the left field entrance. There are activities between the left field entrance and the third base entrance so look for the yellow jerseys!
The heart walk is tomorrow, November 7th. There are festivities from 8-9:30am. Opening ceremonies 9:30-10, walk to follow. Meet us at the third base entrance, we will have your YELLOW shirts there!!!!!

Hello everyone, just a few days until the walk! Let us know if you are joining us and shirt sizes if you can. That way we can set aside shirts for you. Otherwise we will be at the Blue Cross Community Teams tent where shirts can be picked up. Event starts at 8am with activities for all, walk starts at 10! Look forward to seeing you all there!
