Inspire Exercise Together -join in group fitness classes that motivate, support, and inspire you! Hi, my name is Jen DeBlase.
I am a Zumba Fitness instructor with specialty training in: Zumba Gold, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Toning and Zumba Gold-Toning. Zumba is a dance fitness class to Latin and worldwide rhythms. Zumba Gold is the same as a Zumba Fitness class with low impact and simpler moves. Aqua Zumba takes the aquatic principles and meshes them with the Zumba format. Zumba Toning is a light weight resistance training dance fitness class. STRONG Nation a music led interval training class. High intensity moves interchanged with low intensity moves using only our own body weight. SPRK Fitness is a weight lifting class to an amazingly fun playlist to keep us moving and lifting. We use 3 sets of weights; light, medium, and heavy all at YOUR ability level. I created this page to promote my love of fitness and the benefits that it offers both mentally and physically.

Hey friends!
Laureldale is holding their annual Laureldale Borough's Fallfest this Saturday 9/19 from 11am-3pm.
This is a great event to bring the kids out and enjoy pumpkin painting, music, a bounce house, food, local vendors and more!
I'll be getting the kids dancing at 12pm, in 20min of Zumba® Kids. 😀

I'm in my 8th year of teaching Zumba Gold® for Berks Encore locations.
I simply cannot express how important this organization is for the senior community. We are so blessed to have not one, but 6 locations throughout Berks County. Many counties do not have this level of service for the senior community.
The expo offers an incredible amount of knowledge for those transitioning after retirement, nursing care, support, services, medical information, you name there is a vendor there that can help.
If you can go, do it. If you can't please share!
I will be attending this event. If anyone wants to donate any of the below items to homebound older adults I will be happy to deliver them.

Help us bring holiday cheer to homebound older adults in Berks County through our beSanta initiative! We’re teaming up with BARTA for a Stuff-A-Bus donation drive at our Senior Expo on September 29 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at FirstEnergy Stadium.
Consider purchasing an item from our wish list and donating it when you arrive at the Expo! Look for the BARTA minibus at the front of the stadium to drop off your donations.
Items needed include:
• Adult coloring books & colored pencils/thin markers
• Bottle/jar openers
• Hand lotion
• Heating pads (any size)
• Large-print word search & activity books
• Mini notepads & pens
