Meet Nikita Whitfield, our Staffing Coordinator.π
With over 11 years in home health care, Nikita plays an essential role in recruiting, hiring, and supporting the caregivers who care for our clients every day.
She believes well-supported caregivers lead to the best outcomes for the families we serve, and she puts that belief into practice through hands-on training and genuine, approachable leadership.
Outside of work, she's a proud mom of three boys and a dedicated sports mom, bringing that same energy and teamwork into everything she does at Assured Assistance.
Thank you, Nikita, for everything you do behind the scenes to make great care possible.

Fall will be here before we know it, and that means flu season isn't far behind. π
A few things worth thinking about now for the seniors in your life:
π Talk to their doctor about flu and pneumonia vaccines
𧣠Keep an eye on early cold-weather safety, like slippery steps and drafty rooms
π
Schedule check-ups before the season gets busy
A little planning now can mean a much smoother fall.

"We are always fully informed about our clients before we step in."
One of our caregivers recently shared why she's proud to work here: our team never walks into a new situation blind. Every caregiver gets a full rundown before meeting a client, so they can provide the best care possible from day one.
Feeling prepared makes all the difference, for our caregivers and for the families we care for. Walking in informed means less stress for everyone and more time focused on what actually matters, the person in front of you.

So many families try to do it all themselves.
They manage the medications, the appointments, the daily routines. They show up every day because they love their person and they don't want to ask for help.
And then one day the weight becomes too much.
What we hear from families after they finally make that call is always the same. They wish they had done it sooner. Not because something went wrong. But because the relief was immediate.
Help exists. It is more accessible than most people realize. And reaching out is not giving up. It is giving your loved one and yourself something better.
If you have been carrying more than you should, we are here.
