NSAC members serve as an advisory group to the National President, engaging in strategic conversations about the future of Alpha Phi Omega and acting as a vital connection between national leadership and student members across their regions.

We are incredibly proud of these students and the meaningful role they'll play in shaping our Fraternity.

Thank you, Evan for the way you showed up for people and served our Fraternity. We're grateful to have had the honor of calling you brother.

It is with profound sorrow that Alpha Phi Omega announces the passing of Brother Evan Tyler Harmon, Alpha Zeta Kappa '06, on Friday, May 1, 2026.

As Region I Chair and a dedicated volunteer leader since 2017, Brother Harmon brought an unwavering commitment to students and chapters across the region — showing up in person, building relationships and championing the next generation of leaders. A founding member of Alpha Zeta Kappa Chapter at Eastern Kentucky University, Evan went on to serve as Section I-1 Chair, Deputy Region I Chair and, most recently, Region I Chair, elected by his brothers in December 2025. His nearly two decades of service were a testament to what brotherhood and servant leadership truly means.

Brother Harmon's presence, dedication and genuine care for every brother he served will be deeply missed. We extend our deepest condolences to his family and to all who knew him.

Kicking off the day with undoing the Human Knot at the Section O-1/O-2 Conference at Beta Chapter at University of Pittsburgh .beta

Region Chair Jess Lane and Section O-4 Chair Onnolee Jansen broke out the 100th glow necklace charm from Nationals and bestowed it on .psu Chapter President Jay for the event hosted by Alpha Beta to celebrate APOs 100th! (He conveniently "lost" his one from Nationals in Philly!)

Celebrating 100 years of Alpha Phi Omega with the Alpha Beta Chapter was truly special. Thank you for hosting such a wonderful centennial celebration—it was incredible to see so many alumni return, especially those I had the pleasure of working with as chapter presidents and officers over the years as Region Chair and former Section O-4 (90) Chair.

A heartfelt congratulations to Lew and Sharon on receiving their Chapter Distinguished Service Keys—well deserved and a testament to your lasting impact on the chapter!

Big cheers to everyone who joined the O4 & O5 Sectional Conference at Elizabethtown College, hosted by the Etown Petitioning Group ! 🎉 It was an amazing day of ideas, collaboration, and energy. We loved seeing so many engaged minds coming together—and we’re already buzzing with excitement for next year at Kutztown! ⚡ Can’t wait to see you all there!
