Fireworks & 4th of July celebrations are right around the corner! 🇺🇸

It's time to start planning your Independence Day fun. From community celebrations and live entertainment to fireworks and family activities, there are plenty of ways to celebrate throughout Berks County.

Parades, festivals, and additional Independence Day events will be added soon, so be sure to check back often!

Please join us on June 19 for a pay what you wish day from 11am to 5pm at RPM in honor of Juneteenth! Admission to The Museum will be free, but donations are encouraged to allow us to continue to offer these free days in the future.
Reading Public Museum is located on 500 Museum Road in Reading, Pennsylvania.

There's still room! This is a unmounted program designed for kids of all abilities teaching critical life and job skills in a supported equine learning environment.

Bring your friends and family out to The Neag Planetarium for our community-favorite event, Sensory Fireworks! This event is designed for the young and young at heart who are unable to enjoy the traditional firework show experiences due to the flashes of lights and/or loud boom sounds. There will be multiple crafts for families to enjoy before or during the fireworks shows, and staff will provide sensory bags for guests to borrow too!

This year there are 4 shows:
July 2 at 5:30pm and 7pm
July 3 at 5:30pm and 7pm

Reservations are required, as seating is limited! Tickets are available on our website, and ticket prices are as follows:
Adult- $5
Child- $5
Children 2 and younger- Free
