-My diet wasn’t to strict during this journey. I was basically eating more good than bad, but if I had a strict diet, I would even look much leaner, it probably would’ve took me six months but it is what it is.

-it is true what they say you can’t just wait until motivation is at your door. You have to have discipline to go to the gym when you don’t feel like it and that’s when you start to progress. Put the excuses to the side you can do it.
