NO-SHOW POLICY

We previously issued a notice emphasizing the importance of canceling or rescheduling appointments with reasonable notice and expressed our desire to avoid charging for no-show appointments. Appointments missed without notice are not fair to other clients seeking availability and result in lost income for our barbers. Despite that notice, no-shows have continued.

As a result, the following policy is now in effect.

• Appointments missed without notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service on the next visit
• A second no-show will result in restricted booking privileges

By scheduling an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
