We utilize the outdoors for learning whenever possible and engage children in how STEAM is used in our everyday lives.
RaynWater STEAM is a nature- and community-focused enrichment program that aims to enhance the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics experiences of children while integrating the arts (STEAM). We strive to be a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment. We work to attain our mission statement by:
providing authentic, real-world, and child-driven STEAM exploration, play, and problem solving. maintaining a safe physical, social, and emotional environment for children with caring adults who value all students’ perspectives and experiences. building positive relationships with our program families and the local community. promoting cooperation, collaboration, and respect among children and between children and adults, including specialists, professionals, teachers, and people of diverse backgrounds. engaging children in creative and innovative problem solving that promotes their own and others’ curiosity and wondering about the world around them. continually learning, evaluating, and reflecting on our teaching and curriculum, its impact on the children in our care, and its correlation to our mission and goals.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS! 🌟
RaynWater STEAM is looking for a motivated high school student (ages 15–17) to volunteer at our Summer STEAM Camp **
We have had wonderful experiences working with Bridgewater and Raynham students at our camps and community events, and we’re excited to welcome another young leader to our team this summer.
🔬 Ideal candidates:
• Enjoy STEM subjects
• Like working with elementary-aged children
• Are responsible, enthusiastic, and positive role models
• Can volunteer 3–5 days per week
⏰ Available shifts:
• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
📋 Benefits:
• Earn up to 15 hours of community service
• Gain hands-on leadership experience
• Build skills working with children, science activities, and outdoor learning
• Make a difference in your community
We especially encourage male students to apply. We already have an amazing team of female counselors this summer, and it’s always valuable for our male campers to have positive male role models as well.
