Our team completed the installation of a new 50-ton chiller, condenser, and glycol storage tank, along with all associated piping. Here’s a look at the piping before and after insulation was installed. The new system is fully connected and ready for operation.

Our team recently completed this three-rooftop unit installment. Shoutout to our crew for their hard work, getting all three units up and running the same day while keeping downtime to a minimum. Check out the pictures below to see the project come together from start to finish.
We had the pleasure of working with Swansea W**e & Spirits on their brand-new liquor store, providing the complete HVAC and walk-in cooler installation.
Our team installed two York 8.5-ton packaged roof top units, along with two 3 HP medium-temperature condensing units and four low-profile evaporators for the walk-in cooler.
The new equipment also qualified for $36,000 in Mass Save rebates, helping the customer save significantly on the project.
We’re proud to have played a part in bringing this new space together and wish the Swansea W**e & Spirits team continued success!

Uneven temperatures throughout a commercial building can be caused by more than just the HVAC equipment.
Building layout, equipment sizing, thermostat location, blocked supply vents, and zoning or control issues can all affect comfort and airflow.
A proper system evaluation can help identify the actual cause and determine the best solution.
Check out the before-and-after transformation of this completed heating and domestic hot water system upgrade.
We replaced twelve existing HydroTherm boilers with:
• (4) Lochinvar FTX1000 98% efficient fire-tube boilers
• (4) Bell & Gossett ecocirc XL 20-140 circulator pumps
• (2) Lochinvar STU150 125-gallon reverse-indirect water heaters
• (2) Lochinvar RJA200 ASME storage tanks
• (2) Bell & Gossett ecocirc XL 65-130N stainless-steel pumps
• (1) Bell & Gossett PTA-42V ASME potable expansion tank
The project also included new boiler pumps, ECM boiler kits, condensate neutralizers, a magnetic dirt separator, an air separator, air vents and a B600 bladder tank.
Our team completed the piping, insulation, labeling, controls, electrical work, gas piping and sidewall venting. Temporary boiler service kept the building’s heating and domestic hot water operational throughout the project.
