Well have some amazing news to share with everyone ! At the end of this month I will be making my way to Texas for 10 weeks to help a close chef and mentor of mine with his business adventure!

This one is different than any other adventure I've done but I'm so excited to share the journey as me and my pup shadow will be going to Texas to work in the medieval festival for 10 weeks never been to one but I get to cook in one and I'm so excited from the new things I'll see and learn with someone that has already taught me so much ! I'll have my own trailer right by the fair and walking distance all included in my pay and opportunities I have needed for a while now thank God for giving me this door to hopefully the start of a better life !

So heres to new journeys and more risks taking !
