✨ Diversified Accounting Update ✨

As many of you know, Donna L Bice recently underwent major spinal surgery. While the procedure itself was successful, her recovery has been more difficult than expected. She’s now home and resting, but she is currently being treated for a post-surgical infection, which has added some extra challenges to her healing process.

This photo was taken shortly after surgery—a quiet, sacred moment that reflects the heart of our family business. Donna has poured over 30 years into this work, and now it's our turn to pour that care back into her.

In the meantime, Ali Allen is continuing to manage operations to ensure our clients receive the support they need. We appreciate your continued patience and kindness as we give Donna the time and space she needs to fully recover.

Meet Ali Allen — our Office Coordinator and Junior Accountant, and the second generation of Diversified Accounting.
You may recognize her — or even remember her running around the office as a toddler. Ali quite literally grew up here, and now she’s stepping into the family business with fresh perspective, seasoned experience, and deep roots in the community that raised her.

With 10 years in the accounting world — from corporate finance to managing books for a trucking company, and even working in banking — Ali brings a versatile background and relentless drive to everything she does. She’s here to help grow the company that helped grow her.
