What brought you to Ever Well?
Cindy Bashaw (retired) reached out to Brandon about a wonderful service called CWM at Ever Well & I tagged along! We all worked in hospice previously & we couldn’t say no with the way she (and Cisco) sold Ever Well’s core values.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
The best part of working at Ever Well is knowing management wants to do best by the client…AND employees. You can love a field of work as much as you want but if the business model is strictly about making money vs proper care for a client and/or the management isn’t appreciative of all staff, it makes the environment much less welcoming, no matter how passionate you are. Ever Well stands out in our compassion for all.
