The New Hampshire State Champion in the 52kg Open division AND the 52kg Masters 1 division 💪🏻
And qualified for Nationals!

I get asked a lot what I eat so here’s last night’s dinner:

2024 has probably been one of the most successful years for me when it comes to PowerLifting and training:

In March I defended and kept my State Championship title in USPA, I broke and set new state records in both the open category and sub masters, and I received the best lifter in the state award.

In May I took home 1st place in the USAPL Odyssey barbell spring open where I went 9 for 9 and set ALL new personal records in all 3 lifts.

In August I was promoted to a blue belt in BJJ.

In October I was invited to lift at an invitation only Primetime event to compete against all the best lifters in the state in the USAPL. Although I didn’t place overall at that event, I did place 1st in my weight class.

I’ve also been focusing on transforming my body composition since January. I started at 138lbs and am now at 116lbs, significantly less body fat and pretty much no strength loss. 💪🏻

2025 I’m competing at the New Hampshire state championship for USAPL where I’m looking to break and set more state records as well as qualify for nationals in both USAPL and USPA.

What’s in your cup?

Wrong answer.
You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.
Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.
Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It’s easy to fake it, until you get rattled.
So we have to ask ourselves... “what’s in my cup?”
When life gets tough, what spills over?
Joy, gratitude, peace and humility?
Anger, bitterness, victim mentality and quitting tendencies?
Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.
Today let’s work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation, resilience, positivity; and kindness, gentleness and love for others.”
