Frank I. Rounds recently mobilized a rental solution at a hospital, installing a temporary 200 HP Cleaver-Brooks boiler to provide critical redundancy while repairs and gas train upgrades are completed on the facility’s existing low-pressure steam boilers.

With short notice, our team quickly pulled together a crew of six — working through the weekend and into the week ahead — to ensure the hospital could continue operating without interruption.

Frank I. Rounds Company is seeking an experienced Master Pipefitter / Field Supervisor to lead installations and service projects across Massachusetts.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, leads from the front, and knows how to keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. From coordinating crews to working hands-on in the field, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality boiler room solutions for critical facilities.

As the designated Responsible License Holder (RLH), you’ll lead with accountability — ensuring code-compliant installations while mentoring apprentices and journeymen and maintaining OSHA and company safety standards.
