🌝 Luna is a gorgeous shepherd mix whose owner sadly had to surrender her after developing dementia. Now she’s with Save the Satos and needs a foster ASAP while she waits for her forever home.

🦮The perfect walking buddy and house guest. Luna is a bigger girl and the adoption center is just too cramped and stressful for her, so she really needs a home where she can stretch out and decompress. 🏡

🐶 Everyone loves a doodle right? 🥵

One of the most popular and fastest growing breeds in the US, they’re making dog ownership possible for many people who couldn’t own dogs before. 🥰

❌ But maybe … not everyone should own a dog.

🐩 🏝️ Doodles aren’t built for an island lifestyle. Their hypoallergenic coats are thick and dense and will continually grow. Although it helps trap dander and hair it’s a nightmare for a dog trapped on a hot humid tropical island.

🇵🇷 These honorary Satos don’t belong here. They weren’t born here and like huskies and other larger mainland breeds have no business being brought here. Not when 650,000 plus Satos are looking for homes.

🐶Yep you’re not seeing things… 10 puppies saved!!!

The only life they knew was living underneath a building at a school, but now they’re all safe! They slept the entire day at the kennel yesterday and now they’re up and ready to go!!

These cuties will be coming back with us, but we need help raising funds to get them there! Since we can’t transport them into New Jersey now, the only way we can get them there is to fly into Miami and making the trek up north.

Any amount donated will be going to all of their travels! And who knows… maybe one of them can become your best friend! 😍❤️

🎶 Reunited and it feels so good! 🥹

Remember the puppies we found underneath the collapsed foundation?

Well… we reunited them with their mama and she immediately got to work cleaning them and feeding them! They are all doing extremely well. Puppies are healthy and mama is eating and drinking! 💪

But unfortunately, she won’t have much milk left since she was recently spayed, so these puppies will need extra help with funds for their care.

Our donation campaign that we are hosting also includes formula, housing for the next 7 weeks, and flying them back to the states to find loving homes!

How cute are these three?!?

Yesterday, these three brave pups were spayed and neutered, ready for a fresh start and a chance at the loving lives they deserve. But we also received heartbreaking news: all three tested positive for heartworms. 💔

Despite everything they’ve been through, they are incredibly friendly, loving, and full of joy. They don’t deserve to go back to the streets or suffer without treatment!

We’re now trying to raise funds to cover their heartworm treatment and continued care. Every donation, share, and kind word helps give these pups a real chance at a healthy future. 🙏

Please help us save them. We don’t want to leave them behind!

🇵🇷🐕 We came to Puerto Rico planning to help a few dogs, but quickly found many more in need. We’re now working to bring 14 puppies to safety, along with three incredibly sweet teenage dogs who we just learned are heartworm positive. They’re too friendly and trusting to be left on the streets, they deserve real homes and proper care!

We also rescued a mom dog, only to find out she had just given birth after spaying her. After searching, we found her five puppies under a collapsed foundation and reunited them. Now we’re raising funds to bring this entire family, along with the others, to New Jersey for medical care and adoption!

Any support helps us give these dogs the second chance they deserve! ❤️
