Decking, railings and trim replaced.
Fixed up the frame and built a new stair set
Resurface/Rehab deck jobs are a fraction of the cost of building a new deck.

Built, roofed and sided in less than two weeks- (and we replaced 500 square feet of rubber roofing on the tie in and porch roofs.)

So this second floor addition’s exterior has been “done” since Monday, we had to move ahead without windows due to a manufacturer delay 🤦‍♂️. We are currently roughing electrical and plumbing.
When the windows come in next week we will simply remove the pvc trim, install, then replace the trim

It’s a hot one but we have to stay on schedule for this attic finishing job! Framing up knee-walls and the chimney today.
