For a while I felt stuck, like life wasn’t moving forward for me. I just couldn’t seem to accomplish anything that I was trying to do. I constantly felt this close 🤏🏾 to winning only to fall just short of the finish line.
I decided to take a deep look inside and deal with my limiting beliefs, childhood programming and a whole lot of other things, and what do you know my authentic self began to shine through.
I’m beyond confident I can help other people heal from their past as well. What I’d like to do is work one-on-one with clients like you, because I’m planning on developing this into a course.
Because I’m looking for my first clients, and because I’m going to be personally working with them as I validate and improve my methods, my one-on-one rates will be going up substantially higher once the course is created.

Final thoughts 💭

1. Make a list of what need to be done tomorrow (high priority tasks only) this will help keep your mind from wondering and stressing about what needs to be done
2. Go to bed, sometimes the best thing you can do is start over tomorrow. New day new chance at being great
Bonus, that list from step one start on it in the morning.
You will NEVER accomplish more than what you think you are able to accomplish.
You will NEVER be more than what you think you’re able to be
Get in the habit of being optimistically delusional, to the point that you believe you are able to be, do, or have what it is that you desire.

Final Thought 💭
This final thought was inspired by a 5a workout…
I went to the gym and they are remodeling, lots of things under construction 🚧
Under construction doesn’t mean inoperable. When things are being renovated they look a damn mess plastic all over, dust everywhere, the whole things is just disheveled
Life, when we’re progressing on the outside and even within we are can appear to be a whole ass mess. You have to tear down the old before you can rebuild. Old habits, old mindsets, old friend - situation - relation- ships.
The construction is worth the rebuilt version
Client: I really don’t like putting myself out there. I know I have to to attract customers but I feel so stupid.
Me: “it’s hard to lead a Calvary to charge if you think you look funny on a horse (Adlai Stevenson).”
More me: “So are you telling me that you’re going to sit and wait for customers to come banging down your door?” “ that makes a lot of sense if you don’t think about it”
Client: “why you gotta say it like that”
Me: smirks…. “You ready to fix this… I’m going to count you backwards from 10. 10..9..8… 😴
