Pooleside Pies

Our Story

Poole’side Pies is located next to Poole’s Diner, and is Ashley’s Christensen’s take on Neapolitan-style pizza. The building was once an old tire shop, and then a photography studio, and has been transformed to resemble a swim-club theme, complete with a 52 foot skylight and swim lanes tiled into the floors.

In addition to offering Neapolitan-style pizza, Poole’side features fried bites, Italian-inspired desserts, and a spritz-focused cocktail menu.

Poole’side is open seven evenings a week for dinner service, and is now offering to-go orders for pick-up during business hours. No reservation is required, Poole’side seats on a first-come, first-serve basis.
