We overshot our weekend pars, and we’ve got a good chunk of macaron boxes on the Too Good To Go app! Some important reminders for when we do these drops:
🔸 Pick up takes place at Little Blue Bakehouse today only, even though we are CLOSED on Mondays - we have a sign with my number on the door, so you can call if I don’t spot you!
🔸 Pick up is now through 1:30pm - normally we run it longer but I’ve got some childcare logistics happening that I’ve got to leave early for
🔸 Each box typically contains 6 macarons of various flavors (some repeats) but today they have 7 because I had to put them in ugly boxes 🥲
Snag them while they last, and we’ll see you today!

NEW MACARON FLAVOR DROP 🥭🍫
Meet Passionfruit Mango Curd, our latest concoction: A ring of beautiful passionfruit curd buttercream surrounds a well of smooth mango curd, evoking that tropical vacation you most definitely deserve.
Not to be outdone by Tiramisu: a cinnamon shell dusted with cocoa powder and filled with a coffee and sweet cream cheese buttercream. Chef’s kiss 🤌🏼

We’re hoping to add a few good folks to our macaron production team! If you think you’d be a good fit, email Allison at [email protected].
Here’s what we’re looking for:
🧑🍳 𝘽𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙧: someone with baking experience (within the industry preferred but happy to chat with experienced home bakers) that is available for 2-3 shifts between Monday-Friday. This person will be training in macaron shell production, creation of our house made inclusions, and filling and/or packaging macarons for retail, wholesale, and private client orders. This is a physical job that does require standing for the full day.
🧑🍳 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙮 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩: no baking or kitchen experience required, but it is definitely a plus! At a minimum, this person would have a passion for pastries and be willing to learn the ins-and-outs of working on a kitchen team. Ideally need someone 3-4 shifts between Monday-Friday, which includes filling and packaging macarons for retail, wholesale, and custom orders, as well as helping create the components we use in our cookies (caramels, curds, buttercreams, etc.). This is a physical job that requires standing for at least half of the shift.
Hours for both positions can be somewhat flexible depending on scheduling needs, however our team is typically in production mode Monday-Friday between 9am to 5pm, so availability must be within that window. Pay is dependent on experience.
