“Current Role With LA|Fitness: With LA|Fitness, I am currently working as a sales counselor in Pittsburgh, PA. This position involves reaching out to leads via text, email, phone call, and outside marketing strategies. Once we receive quality leads, we invite them into the club to do a fitness analysis on their goals, give them a tour of the gym, and then negotiate what membership deals work best for them.

Congratulations to our guy for being named National Pest Management Association’s “Young Entrepreneur Award”.

This award recognizes young entrepreneurs(40 years of age or less) working in the professional pest management industry who have helped create or develop an industry business and/or those who have stewarded a meaningful industry concept to fruition.

Great leadership is Aruza’s backbone.

Shoutout to our guy (middle) for selling 1,000 accounts this summer ($490,000 in first year sales revenue.)

For anyone unfamiliar with the industry, 1000 accounts is something only a handful of salesmen do a year. He worked his ass off to lead by example, set a goal and went and achieved it. He is a shining example of what Aruza tries to embody in it’s interns.

Leadership weekend in Gatlinburg was a huge success. We celebrated the summer, as well as prepped for next summer.

Excited to announce that we will have James Silvas at Mountain Weekend.

James is an expert in neuro linguistic programming, neuroscience, sports psychology, practical and social psychology and leadership.

He is renowned for helping people think deeper, find clarity, formulate a plan and execute it.

We’ve spent hours already planning the weekend. James will be the primary speaker and leader of the weekend but we will also have a real estate investment expert, presentations on finance, recruiting, and the vision of Aruza.
