News worth sharing. 🙌
Midi has expanded its testosterone program for women to North Carolina
This is a real gap finally being closed. By menopause, women can lose up to half of their natural testosterone, and that drop can show up as low libido, fatigue, brain fog, mood swings, and loss of strength. For a long time, women in midlife were dismissed or told their labs looked "normal" while they knew something was off.
Midi's testosterone program is clinician-guided and lab-monitored, built specifically for women, not men's medicine reworked. It's a two-visit process with real oversight rather than an instant online prescription: a first visit to review your full health history, lab work, and then a personalized plan if testosterone is the right fit. Most women start noticing a difference within a few weeks.

Hey Shoupers 🔥
I want to introduce Elena from Storymind Media.
I saw her post in a local mom's group and replied immediately because... & . And we had a great conversation.
The American Heart Association hired her team to collect stories about the impact of hormonal shifts, at any phase, on heart health, including peri and menopause.
I love anything that gets these corners of women's health talking to each other so we're better supported through every phase, periods, pregnancy, PMOS, peri, all of it.
I could tell pretty quickly that Elena's, and Storymine's, values align with Shoup so I wanted to support by posting to this community!
From Elena's own words 👇
I'm a filmmaker based in Hillsborough, NC working with the American Heart Association on a video series about women's heart health across their life course. As part of our research, I'm hoping to talk to as many women in NC as I can about their experiences. I'm specifically interested in talking to women of any age (teenagers and older) with PCOS (now called PMOS), heavy menstrual bleeding, pre-eclampsia, or early menopause. It would involve a 30–60 minute Zoom call.
The impetus for this initiative is that cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death for women, yet the connection between hormone health and cardiovascular health is not widely understood. There is emerging evidence that hormonal shifts, starting with puberty, impact a woman's heart health throughout her life. AHA is leading the charge to create a comprehensive and unified approach to address the gaps in care that exist, and this video series will be part of that initiative.
If you're interested in talking with me, or have any questions about this project, send me an email or text: [email protected] / 919-323-1045.
