We’re celebrating a big milestone for our Regional Executive Housekeeper, Aimee Droz, who recently marked 10 years with Parks Hospitality Group!

Aimee has played an important role in shaping our housekeeping teams across the portfolio, bringing consistency, care, and a strong commitment to quality in everything she does. Her leadership and passion for hospitality continue to elevate our teams and the guest experience every day.

Here’s what Aimee had to share:
“I am incredibly grateful to be celebrating 10 years with Parks Hospitality Group. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with an amazing team that has supported and inspired me to grow both professionally and personally. Hospitality is something I’m truly passionate about, and I love what I do as an Executive Housekeeper. I feel lucky to work alongside people who share the same dedication to service and excellence. We’re excited to welcome Comfort Suites Regency Park in Cary, NC to the Parks Hospitality Group portfolio. This 122-room hotel strengthens our presence in the Triangle and marks another step in our continued growth in the Raleigh-Cary market. We’re also planning an extensive renovation and conversion of the property to Home2 Suites by Hilton by early next year.

We look forward to welcoming guests and continuing to serve this vibrant community!

Congratulations to two incredible team members recognized by the North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association at this year’s Stars of the Industry Awards.

Thomas Barton, Guest Services Supervisor at Embassy Suites Asheville, was named Lodging Employee of the Year, and Chris Lovegood, Server at Soprana Rooftop Cucina, was named Restaurant Employee of the Year.

We’re proud to celebrate this well-deserved recognition and were honored to spend the evening together in Durham recognizing their impact and dedication. Congratulations, Thomas and Chris!

We’re proud to celebrate two outstanding team members at Hampton Inn & Suites Burlington who just reached 10 years with Parks Hospitality Group.

Carol Goch started as a Housekeeper and has been a dependable, positive presence ever since. She shared, “The past 10 years have gone by so fast. Working with great people makes the workplace feel like a family. I am thankful for all my coworkers.”

Gabriela Tolentino began as a Housekeeper, later served as Breakfast Hostess and Laundry Attendant, and has now been Housekeeping Supervisor for six years. “I am very appreciative to work for Parks. I love my job and my Hampton family. I am excited to continue to work here to hit the 15 year milestone,” she shared.

Carol and Gabriela, thank you for your dedication to our team and guests. We’re grateful for you both.

We wrapped up our 2026 Sales Summit in Cary, NC after a few productive days together. 🤝

Bringing our Sales Team in from across the Parks Hospitality Group portfolio isn’t something we take for granted. The conversations, collaboration, and time to connect in person truly make a difference.
