Like many, I have been shocked, angered, and struggling with a sense of helplessness these past days watching Russian forces invade Ukraine. I personally have friends and colleagues over there who fear for their lives as rockets fly, and troops march closer to the cities. Having experienced combat, this is something I never wish for anyone. I stay connected with those I know as much as possible to lend emotional support, but it feels lacking. Therefore, the Pathfinder Business Consultants team is donating to the Ukraine Crisis Fund. Confronting and defeating racism is a long journey. However, being an antiracist is one of the most powerful actions we can take as we act and speak for those who suffer from injustice.
